The service “SMS-banking” system allows you to quickly pay for various services, to obtain information on the personal banking card, block/unblock cards by sending SMS message from mobile phone to the short number 1250.
Belagroprombank JSC will not charge a fee for the service. You will pay only for SMS-message sent by you according to the fee rates of your mobile operator.
To work in the system you should:
- be a Bank card holder*;
- have a serviceable mobile device that allows you to send SMS requests;
- be a subscriber of the mobile operator “A1”, “MTS” or “life:)”.
* you can use all active Bank cards in the system, except for corporate ones.
The “SMS-banking” and “USSD-banking” services are activated simultaneously:
1. Independently in the “Internet banking” system:
To do this you should:
- log in the “Internet Banking” system;
- enter the menu item “Bank services” – “Registration of USSD-banking and SMS-banking” and further pass the registration by entering the necessary data;
- activate the “USSD-banking” and “SMS-banking” services, you must enter the USSD-menu or SMS-menu, sel ect or enter the appropriate command (ACTIVATE < activation code>). The activation code is reflected in the payment information - the “Transaction Archive” menu item.
2. By applying to any branch of the Bank.
When applying to the Bank’s branch you should:
- fill out an application for connecting the “USSD-banking” and “SMS-banking” services.
3.Independently in the self-service terminal or ATM.
To do this you should:
- nsert the card into the device and enter the PIN code;
- enter the menu item “Bank services” – “Registration of USSD-banking and SMS-banking” and follow the further prompts.
- activate the “USSD-banking” and “SMS-banking” services, you must enter the USSD-menu or SMS-menu, select or enter the appropriate command (ACTIVATE < activation code>). The activation code is printed on the card receipt after passing the registration.

2. Making payments:
- payment for the services of mobile operators;
- payment for the services of Internet providers;
- payment for the services of cable TV operators;
- payment for the residential telephone of the operator Beltelecom RUE;
- replenishment of electronic wallets;
- other payments.
3. Cancellation of activation of the SMS-banking service.
4. Blocking/ unblocking the card.
5. Enabling/ disabling 3D-Secure and BELKART-InternetPassword.
How to use the “SMS-banking” service.
To make a payment or receive information on the card, you should send an SMS message to the short number 1250.
Typing SMS messages must be carried out in the established format with the use of Latin letters.
Entering the payment amount (phone number or personal account number) is entered only in digits without separators.
The separator between the individual elements of an SMS message when using the ACTIVATE and OPLATA commands is a SINGLE SPACE.
No space is used between the commands and the last 4 digits of the card.
The following commands are typed without a space: OSTATOK, BLOCK, UNBLOCK, ON3DS, OFF3DS.

where [NNNN] – the last 4 (four) digits of the card;
– service identifier: a short code assigned to each service available for payment via SMS banking;
[amount] – the amount of the transaction being performed, entered in digits without separators;
– a unique subscriber ID fr om the service provider (personal account, phone number, contract number, etc.);

Note:
- when paying for the services of mobile operators, the service user can pay for any phone number of any operator, regardless of the fact which operator the service user is subscribed to. At the same time, the phone number for which the payment is made is dialed taking into account the operator's code (i.e. the last 9 digits of the full phone number are indicated).
- when paying for the services of Beltelecom RUE, the service user specifies the last 7 digits of the full phone number.
