List of documents required for account opening
To open the account it is necessary to have the following documents (if required – legalized and with attested translation into Russian language):
- notarized copy of the Bank`s Charter and the Articles of Incorporation ;
- notarized copy of the license to carry out banking activity;
- notarized copy of state registration;
- notarized Signature Specimen Card with an imprint of seal or a List of Authorized Signatures;
- the application for opening relevant accounts (free form);
- the questionnaire for correspondent banks;
- for non-resident – copy of the authorization of the National (Central) Bank of the host country to open an account, if such authorization is required in accordance with international agreements.
