Guarantees issued on behalf of clients

JSC Belagroprombank, on behalf of clients, issues international bank guarantees, the most common of which are:

• Advance payment return guarantee (ensures the fulfillment of the obligation to return the advance payment to the buyer in case the supplier fails to fulfill its contractual obligations);
• Guarantee of performance (ensures the fulfillment of a contractual obligation to supply goods, perform work, provide services);
• Tender guarantee (ensures the fulfillment of the obligations of the bidder to sign a contract for the supply of goods, performance of work, provision of services);
• Guarantee of payment (ensures the fulfillment of the obligation to make payment in case of non- payment by the buyer under the contract).
