The frequency of receiving interest on the Bank's certificate of deposit is determined by the depositor independently and is indicated in the certificate of deposit when it is issued. The Bank offers to receive interest on the certificate of deposit: monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually or upon redemption of the certificate of deposit upon its presentation.
The interest rate on the certificate of deposit is fixed and cannot be changed.
The transfer of rights under a registered deposit certificate is carried out by registering an assignment of a claim (cessio) between the person assigning the rights under the certificate (assignor) and the person acquiring these rights (assignee). Assignment of the claim (cessio) is made out on the reverse side of the certificate of deposit or on an additional sheet (attachment) to the certificate of deposit.
