Terms and conditions of service
To conclude purchase and sale transactions of securities at the auction of the JSC Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchang, the client must:
- conclude an agreement with the bank for brokerage services on the terms specified by the Regulations for the provision of JSC Belagroprombank brokerage services in the securities market;
- open a depo account (if it is not available) with the depository of JSC Belagroprombank or another authorized depository;
- fill out a client questionnaire;
- provide an instruction to buy/sell securities.
Conditions and procedure for the provision of consulting services on:
- the procedure for placement, circulation and redemption of securities on the organized and unorganized markets;
- procedure for making transactions with securities;
- formation of an investment portfolio;
- fundamental analysis of securities.
To receive a consultation, an individual must:
- conclude a Brokerage services agreement on the terms specified by the Regulations for the provision brokerage services provision in the securities market of JSC Belagroprombank;
- fill out an Application for the provision of consulting services;
- after the provision of the service, sign the Certificate of Completion of Works (Rendered Services);
The amount of remuneration (clause 7.1. Chapter II) for the provision of brokerage services.
