Guarantees and standby letters of credit

- Advance payment return guarantee (ensures the fulfillment of the obligation to return the advance payment to the buyer in case the supplier fails to fulfill its contractual obligations);
- Guarantee of performance (ensures the fulfillment of a contractual obligation to supply goods, perform work, provide services);
- Tender guarantee (ensures the fulfillment of the obligations of the tenderer to sign a contract for the supply of goods, performance of work, provision of services);
- Guarantee of payment (ensures the fulfillment of the obligation to make payment in case of non-payment by the buyer under the contract).
The use of bank guarantees ensures the proper fulfillment of the financial obligations of the client's counterparties under transactions, allows you to get a deferred payment under a foreign trade agreement, does not require the withdrawal of your own working capital for making advance payments, etc.
