Guaranteed reimbursement of bank deposits

The state guarantees the safety and return of funds of individuals, including those acting as individual entrepreneurs, in Belarusian rubles and foreign currency, placed in accounts and (or) deposits in banks of the Republic of Belarus in accordance with:

Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated November 4, 2008 No. 22 “On guarantees of the safety of funds of individuals placed on accounts and (or) in bank deposits” (as amended by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated June 29, 2017 No. 3).

Law of the Republic of Belarus dated July 8, 2008 No. 369-3 “On Guaranteed reimbursement of Bank Deposits of Individuals” (as amended by the Laws of the Republic of Belarus dated July 14, 2009 No. 41-З, dated July 12, 2013 No. 56-З, dated 10.01.2015 No. 240-З, dated 08.07.2024 No. 27-З)
