Guarantees uninterrupted payments. Even when bank payment cards and terminals display errors due to connection loss, the KROK service remains autonomous and stable, as it is protected from technical processing failures.
How does payment work?
For the seller
(legal entity, individual entrepreneur):
- Invoice generation. When making a purchase, the checkout system or online resource generates a QR code (or provides a static payment link) containing the payment details.
- Demonstration to the client. The QR code is displayed on the screen of the cash register, terminal, smartphone, or online resource.
- Instant revenue crediting. After the buyer confirms the transaction, funds are instantly transferred to the seller's current (settlement) bank account.
For the buyer
(individual):

Scanning. The buyer opens their bank's mobile app and scans the merchant's QR code.
- Data verification. Payment details are displayed on the smartphone screen.
- Payment. The buyer selects a current (settlement) bank account to debit funds from and confirms the transaction. The funds are immediately transferred from the buyer's account to the seller's account.
Connection*
The KROK service is available to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs registered in the Republic of Belarus.
Step 1.
Submit an application on the website of JSC Belagroprombank or contact a branch of JSC Belagroprombank to conclude an agreement to accept payments for goods (works, services) using the KROK service.
Step 2.
Open a current (settlement) bank account with JSC Belagroprombank (if not available) and enter into an Agreement for accepting payments for goods (works, services) using the KROK service.
Step 3.
Start accepting payments with the KROK service.
* You must have a terminal, cash register, smartphone, and internet access to display a QR code.
Connection to the KROK service is possible through the following service providers:

- JSC "Banking Processing Center"

To connect to the KROK service, you must complete an application form and send it to the following email address (the size of the message containing the package of documents sent to the bank must not exceed 15 MB):
