According to the Statute of the JSC «Belagroprombank», its management bodies are as follows:

• General shareholders’ meeting is the Bank’s supreme management body, which determines the Bank’s key business lines and addresses other most important issues of the Bank’s activity.
• Supervisory board is the Bank’s management body, which carries out the overall management of the Bank’s activity.
• Board is the Banks’s executive body, which manages the Bank’s current business activity.
