How to block a card

Options to quickly block the card (for example, if the card is stolen or lost):

- using the “Internet Banking” system: go to the menu item “Your cards” → “Card management”, select the desired card and click the “Block the card” button, then follow the instructions on the screen;

- the card can also be blocked in the mobile applications “Mobile Internet Banking” and “Mobile Banking”;

- by contacting the round-the-clock Client Service of Bank Processing Center JSC by phone (017) 299-25-26 (or by the phone numbers indicated on the back of the card).

After blocking the card, it is necessary to apply to the branch of Belagroprombank JSC at the place of the card registration with a written application for its blocking.
