- in self-service devices of Belagroprombank JSC and other banks (there is a fee for balance enquiry in the devices of other banks);

- in an SMS-message received when making debit transactions within the framework of the «SMS notification» service;

- at points of cash withdrawal of Belagroprombank JSC;

- in the support service by calling to 8 (017) 299-25-23, as well as by calling to the numbers indicated on the back of the card - at the moment there is a charge for a telephone balance enquiry.
