6th International Specialized Conference “Retail Banking Services: current trends and prospects” to be held on November 11, 2011
Welcome to the 6th International Specialized Conference “Retail Banking services: current trends and prospects” which will be held on November 11, 2011 in the conference centre of Johannes Rau Minsk international educational centre (IBB) (11 Gazeta Pravda Avenue) under the auspices of JSC Belagroprombank.
The conference will cover diverse issues related to the use of modern card products, work with certain target segments of private customers, implementation of the quality management system in retail banking based on the international standards, as well as building up relationships between the banks and supervisory authorities in the field of regulation of transactions with individual customers.
Traditionally, the participants of the conference will have an opportunity get acquainted with the materials of the reports delivered at the conference and take part in the discussions of the relevant issues.
