Belagroprombank acts as Lead Arranger of Syndicated Loan Facility to Microcreditbank (Uzbekistan)

JSC “Belagroprombank” in the status of a lead arranger participated in another international project on arranging a debut syndicated loan facility for one of the state banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan – Joint-Stock Commercial Bank “Microcreditbank”.

The transaction took place on March 11th, 2020 involving 14 lenders – financial institutions from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Azerbaijan Republic. The total transaction volume amounted to EUR 64 million and USD 25 million. Proceeds are provided to the borrower for a 1-year tenor with the option of further extension.
