Fee collection for exchange of foreign currency in cash

From 15.02.2019 through 15.05.2019 incl., individuals who perform the exchange of foreign currency in cash shall be charged a fee of 1% of the amount in foreign currency, minimum fee is 1 US dollar, as determined by Cl. 14.1 of the Fee Guide of JSC Belagroprombank. Such fee shall be collected in Belarusian rubles at the official exchange rate of the Belarusian ruble to the relevant foreign currency set by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus on the date of the transaction.
