JSC Belagroprombank informs about change of security for bearer bonds of issues 201 and 202 for individual customers

On 30.05.2016 the Supervisory Board of JSC Belagroprombank, Minutes No.10, took the decision to change security for bonds of JSC Belagroprombank, issues 201 and 202. As per this decision, securing a bond with a pledge of securities of local executive and administrative bodies will be replaced by security of JSC Turovshchina for bonds of issue 201, JSC Agroleasing and PE Ozeritsky-Agro for bonds of issue 202.

Owners of bonds of issues 201 and 202 have a right to present them for early redemption through 29.06.2016, according to the procedure established by emission documents of the above mentioned issues.
