On notifications on card transactions (SMS – informing service)
Dear customers!
The Belagroprombank mobile app has become even more convenient and functional. Now, the history of all card transaction notifications (Push/SMS) is displayed in one place in a dedicated section of the bank's mobile app (click «Profile» - «Notifications» in the lower right corner).
We remind you that the SMS-informing service can be activated either at a bank branch (upon card issuance or separately upon application) or through the bank's remote banking system (via the mobile app or online banking). The SMS – informing service sends messages about purchases, transfers, and other card transactions, allowing you to monitor your spendings and improve card security.
Messages within the SMS -informing service are sent in one of the following ways:
- Push messages are messages sent from the bank's mobile app. For Push-messages to work, you need to install the bank's mobile app and register.
- SMS messages – messages sent to the client’s mobile number if there is no bank mobile application; this channel is also used as a backup, for example, in the event of technical work.
