On the suspension of transactions for the sale of bonds of Issue 269

Dear customers!

Please note that in accordance with the Bond issue prospectus, transactions for the sale of bonds of 269th issue will be suspended from March 10, 2026 to March 11, 2026 due to the formation of a register of bondholders for the purpose of paying income on this issue. On March 12, 2026 interest income will be credited to clients' current (settlement) accounts not earlier than 11:00 am.
