Temporary changes in working hours of certain branch offices in Minsk and in some operations for individual customers
Dear clients,
Due to the scheduled restructuring of Belagroprombank’s branch office - Minsk City Directorate (further – MCD), please be informed about the temporary changes in the working hours at certain branch offices in Minsk.
On 04.11.2016 the services for individual customers at MCD branch offices and the Head Office’s Operations Department will be available till 12.00.
On 04.11.2016 MCD branch offices and Head Office’s Operations Department will accept loan repayments for loans issued by MCD branch offices and Head Office’s Operations Department respectively, only from 09:00 till 12:00.
On 04.11.2016 the bank’s branch offices will accept loan repayments for loans issued by the Head Office’s Operations Department only from 09:00 to 12:00.
Please be informed that:
- during the period from 23:00 03.11.2016 to 8:30 08.11.2016 it will not be possible to place new “@gro” deposits and to top up deposit accounts using self-service facilities (info kiosks, cash machines) and remote bank services (Internet-Banking, TV-banking, mobile applications);
- 05.11.2016 to 07.11.2016 operations with deposit accounts held with MCD and the Head Office’s Operations Department, will not be available at any other offices except for mentioned above;
- at MCD branch offices, 31.10.2016 to 07.11.2016 operations with measured bars from precious metals, certified diamonds, commemorative coins of the national Bank of the Republic of Belarus, and cases for measured bars and commemorative coins, will not be available;
- at MCD branch offices, 03.11.2016 to 07.11.2016 – Western Union money transfer service (sending/receiving|refunding) will not be available;
- at MCD branch offices, 04.11.2016 to 07.11.2016 - Zolotaya Korona (Gold Crown) money transfer service (sending/receiving|refunding) will not be available;
12:00 04.11.2016 to 07.11.2016 - the services for individual customers at MCD branch offices and the Head Office’s Operations Department will not be available.
