The authorized fund of JSC Belagroprombank was increased

The Joint Stock Company Belagroprombank informs that pursuant to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 11 May 2017 No.155 “On Joint Stock Companies “Belagroprombank” and “Asset Management Agency”, the Bank’s authorized fund was increased by 427 988 635,80 Belarusian rubles, and the transaction on the transfer of the bank’s shares into ownership of the Republic of Belarus in the amount of 102 393 510,80 Belarusian rubles was effected.
As a result of this increase, the authorized fund now totals 1 238 352 140,40 Belarusian rubles and exceeds USD 664,28 mln. The respective amendments to the Articles of Associations of the Bank were registered by the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus on 26.05.2017.
