Dear depositors of JSC Belagroprombank!

In connection with the entry into force of amendments and additions to the Banking Code of the Republic of Belarus starting 29.10.2018 and the need to adjust Bank Deposit Agreements in accordance with the terms in case of their extension, JSC Belagroprombank (hereinafter – the Bank) provides the customers (depositors), with whom in the period up to 01.09.2013 the time bank deposit agreements of JSC Belagroprombank were concluded on the terms of time bank deposit of JSC Belagroprombank (with a variable interest rate), approved by the decision of the Credit Committee of JSC Belagroprombank dd. 16.02.2006, Minutes No. 21 and in the period up to 01.04.2016 the time bank deposit agreements of Savings System “Line of Growth 2.0.” were concluded on the Terms of the Specification of the service on attracting funds into the deposit "Savings System Line of Growth 2.0”, approved by the decision of the Finance Committee of JSC Belagroprombank dd. 17.06.2013, Minutes No. 51, (hereinafter – the Agreements), with the opportunity to conclude an additional agreement to the Agreement without visiting the subdivisions on the Bank.

Hereby, the Bank places on the Internet on its website www.belapb.by a public offer to conclude with you (the Bank depositors) an additional agreement to the Agreement on the following terms.

You can also apply within the period, established for the acceptance of the mentioned public offer, to the subdivision of the Bank, where the Agreement was issued, with the application for the conclusion of the additional agreement to the Agreement by drawing up one paper document signed by the parties.
