Transactions for the sale of bonds of 271th issue will be suspended from October 21, 2026 to October 23, 2026

Dear customers!

Please note that in accordance with the Bond issue prospectus, transactions for the sale of bonds of 271th issue will be suspended from October 21, 2026 to October 23, 2026 due to the formation of a register of bondholders for the purpose of paying income on this issue. On October 26, 2026 interest income will be credited to clients' current (settlement) accounts not earlier than 11:00 am.

Please note that the offering of bond issues 272 and 273, as well as government bond issue 406, continues on the specified dates.
