Changing PIN code at ATMs.
The PIN code can be changed an unlimited number of times.
To change the PIN code::
- Ins ert the card into the ATM, dial the initial PIN code.
- Sel ect the “Changing PIN code” transaction.
- Follow the instructions on the ATM screen.
Note! For the sake of security, it is not recommended to assign the same numbers (5555) or sequential numbers (for example, 4567), dates of birth, dates of other significant events known to a wide range of people as a PIN code. In addition, it should be noted that the PIN code must necessarily consist of four characters.

Changing PIN code in Mobile Internet Banking
In case you have forgotten the PIN code, you can get its new value using the mobile application.
To change the PIN code:
- Log in to Mobile Internet Banking.
- Select a card.
- In the details of the card in the “Transactions” section, select “Changing PIN code”.
- Next, select a card to pay for the service, confirm the phone number, familiarize yourself with the bank’s tariffs and enter the mobile key.
For changing the PIN code the tariff is charged according to the Schedule of Fees of Belagroprombank JSC.
The transaction to change the PIN code can be carried out 3 times a day.

To ensure the possibility of making transactions off-line (for example, on board an aircraft), it is necessary to make any transaction with a card at a bank's ATM.
