Closed safe custody
Individuals are offered to store their valuables in a bank safe or a safe-deposit box.
Upon the client’s request, a power of attorney can be issued in the name of another person for access to the safe or safe-deposit box.
The Bank keeps confidential the information about the contents of the safe deposit box. The Bank also ensures the maintenance of the microclimate indicators of the depository as established by the legislation, according to which the air temperature is 18-25°C, the relative humidity is 40-60%.
The bank safe custody items can be cash, securities, precious metals, precious and semi-precious stones, other valuables and documents.
The safe custody items cannot be cold weapon and firearms, ammunition supplies, explosive, flammable, narcotic, radioactive, chemical, bacteriological substances, and items and substances that can cause material or other harm to the bank and/or third parties and pose by virtue of their nature a threat to human health, life and the environment.
To rent a safe-deposit box, it is necessary to present the client’s identity document (confirming their authority), fill out an application for the use of an individual safe-deposit box, sign a closed safe custody agreement according to the established form and pay the cost of the service in accordance with the Schedule of Fees (Remuneration) for Transactions carried out by Belagroprombank JSC.
The clients are provided with unrestricted access to the safe (safe-deposit box) during the bank’s business hours.
