Premium service

The possibility of personal service is provided by Belagroprombank JSC (hereinafter referred to as the bank) for the client of the Premium segment (hereinafter referred to as the Premium client).

In order to become a Premium client of the bank, one of the following conditions must be met:

• the amount of funds deposited with the bank in the amount of at least USD 30,000 in equivalent;
• the amount of the average monthly income received in the form of salary and equivalent payments for the last 6 months in the amount of at least 1,500 US dollars in equivalent;
• the client has premium bank payment cards issued by the bank not lower than the Platinum level.

Personal service for the Bank’s Premium customers is based on the following principles:

• Individual approach - service (consulting, sales, after-sales support for the bank’s products and services) is carried out by a specialist assigned to the client, offering personal product solutions;
• Comprehensive service - versatility of a specialist allows performing basic operations on a wide range of products and services offered by the bank on the principle of “one window”;
• Convenience of service - information support of the client in a way that is convenient for such client in terms of new and existing products and services of the bank, provision of services by prior arrangement or by appointment;
• Security and confidentiality - the service is carried out in conditions of maximum comfort and confidentiality, ensuring the restriction of third parties’ access to the process of a specialist’s work with a client.
