    Swoo Pay — contactless payment service in the Swoo mobile application.

    By downloading the Swoo mobile application and adding your Belagroprombank bank card Mastercard or Visa to it, you will be able to pay for purchases in stores with contactless payment terminals. Paying for purchases with Swoo Pay is not only easy, but also safe.  The mobile application is certified to comply with international PCI DSS security standards for the exchange of payment data.

    Basic technical requirements for Swoo Pay to work on a smartphone:

    • Android version 8.0 or higher,
    • without modifications,
    • NFC support,
    • presence of screen lock,
    • absence of unlicensed software.
    How to add a bank card to Swoo Pay?

    1. Install the Swoo mobile app from Google Play or App Gallery.

    2. In the Home section, click on the plus in the upper right corner of the screen or Add a card and select Bank card.

    3. Enter your bank card details manually or read your bank card details using NFC.
     
     

    4. Read and accept the terms of service, enter the confirmation code from the SMS.

    5. Ready! Your bank card has been added and you can make payments with one touch of your smartphone.

    How to pay with Swoo Pay?

    To pay for purchases without having to open the Swoo mobile app, set Swoo Pay as your primary contactless payment method. Once installed, follow the instructions to make a contactless payment:

    1.  Wake up your phone and unlock it.
    2. Bring your phone to the terminal and hold it until you see the «Ready!» message on the phone screen.
    3. Wait for the terminal to respond and follow the instructions on its screen, if available.

    To pay with a bank card that is not the default card:

    1. Open the Swoo Pay mobile app.
    2. Select a bank card and click on it to open,
    3. Bring your phone to the terminal and follow the instructions on the screen.

    2. How much does it cost to use Swoo Pay?

    Swoo Pay is free to use. The terms of service for your bank card do not change and correspond to the bank’s tariffs.

    4. I have an iPhone. Can I pay with my phone in stores using Swoo Pay?

    No, but you can add your bank card to securely store its details in the Swoo mobile app.

    5. Can I enable payments for a previously added bank card?

    Certainly. To do this, you need to log into the Swoo mobile application, select the bank card for which you want to enable payments, and click on it to open the data. Next, click Enable payments, enter the CVV/CVC code and click Continue. Read the terms of service and click I agree. Select a bank card verification method and enter the code.

    6. How can I set a default bank card if I have several?

    The first bank card you add to Swoo Pay becomes the default card.

    To select a different bank card, go to the Home section in the bottom navigation bar, select the bank card you want to make the default card, and click on it to open the details. Check the status of your bank card in the Tap payment line and click Set primary to pay with your default card.

    7. How to delete an added bank card?

    Select the bank card you want to delete and click on it to open the details. Click the three dots button in the top right corner of the screen and select Delete.

    8. How to disable payments for a bank card?

    Select the bank card for which you want to disable payments and click on it to open the details. Click the three dots button in the top right corner of the screen and select Disable Payments.

    9. Do I need to enter my bank card PIN when paying?

    Entering a bank card PIN code may only be necessary if a PIN code request is displayed on the screen of the trading terminal. Enter the bank card PIN code on the terminal keypad.

    10. Can I pay without internet using Swoo Pay?

    Yes, you can make a certain number of payments without the Internet. However, from time to time the Swoo mobile app needs to connect to the Internet in order to continue making contactless payments using Swoo Pay.

    11. About data security in the Swoo mobile application

    Bank card data that you add to the Swoo mobile application is protected in accordance with the international Payment Card Industry Security Standard - PCI DSS. Additional security measures will help avoid possible data leakage if your phone is lost or stolen. Therefore, to ensure additional security for your payment data in the Swoo mobile application, you need to protect your smartphone by setting a password, short code, pattern or fingerprint login in the OS settings.

    12. I lost my phone. What to do?

    You need to contact your bank or Bank Processing Center as soon as possible to block your bank card and its token (equivalent to your bank card in the Swoo Pay service). Also, you can use mobile Internet banking or the bank’s Internet banking to block your bank card.

    13. I lost my bank card. What to do?

    You need to contact your bank or Bank Processing Center as soon as possible to block your bank card. Also, you can use mobile Internet banking or the bank’s Internet banking to block your bank card. If a bank card is added to the Swoo mobile app, its token (the equivalent of your bank card in the Swoo Pay service) will also be blocked on the phone.     14. My bank card is not showing up in the Swoo mobile app. Why is this so?

    Make sure you're signed into the Swoo app using the same option as before: phone number, Apple ID, Facebook or Google account. All cards are linked to the account you used before.
