Swoo Pay — contactless payment service in the Swoo mobile application.
By downloading the Swoo mobile application and adding your Belagroprombank bank card Mastercard or Visa to it, you will be able to pay for purchases in stores with contactless payment terminals. Paying for purchases with Swoo Pay is not only easy, but also safe. The mobile application is certified to comply with international PCI DSS security standards for the exchange of payment data.
Basic technical requirements for Swoo Pay to work on a smartphone:
- Android version 8.0 or higher,
- without modifications,
- NFC support,
- presence of screen lock,
- absence of unlicensed software.
1. Install the Swoo mobile app from Google Play or App Gallery.
2. In the Home section, click on the plus in the upper right corner of the screen or Add a card and select Bank card.
4. Read and accept the terms of service, enter the confirmation code from the SMS.
5. Ready! Your bank card has been added and you can make payments with one touch of your smartphone.
How to pay with Swoo Pay?
To pay for purchases without having to open the Swoo mobile app, set Swoo Pay as your primary contactless payment method. Once installed, follow the instructions to make a contactless payment:
- Wake up your phone and unlock it.
- Bring your phone to the terminal and hold it until you see the «Ready!» message on the phone screen.
- Wait for the terminal to respond and follow the instructions on its screen, if available.
To pay with a bank card that is not the default card:
- Open the Swoo Pay mobile app.
- Select a bank card and click on it to open,
- Bring your phone to the terminal and follow the instructions on the screen.

The first bank card you add to Swoo Pay becomes the default card.

Therefore, to ensure additional security for your payment data in the Swoo mobile application, you need to protect your smartphone by setting a password, short code, pattern or fingerprint login in the OS settings.
