Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated April 26, 2010 No. 200 "On Administrative Procedures Carried Out by State Bodies and Other Organizations upon Applications of Citizens" (National Register of Legal Acts of the Republic of Belarus, No. 1/11590 dated May 3, 2010);

Instruction on the procedure for conducting office work on administrative procedures in state bodies and other organizations (approved by the Resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus dated May 7, 2009 No. 39 (National Register of Legal Acts of the Republic of Belarus, No. 8/20896 dated May 08, 2009).
