•  transmitted in the electronic form (including using AIS MOF**)

•  in hard copy

• through a cash desk of JSC Belagroprombank

• via self-service devices of JSC Belagroprombank equipped with  cash acceptance module (self-service payment terminals, ATMs)

• via an automatic deposit machine

• with the provision to the client with the machine bearer for recording  and storing of personal keys with message authentification codes and  encryption

• with the use of the machine bearer for recording and storing of personal keys with message authentification codes and encryption provided  by a client

*JSC Belagroprombank:

• performs instant payments transferred by the client using only the subsystem «Internet-Client» of the remote banking system;
• does not make instant payments:
  • from current (settlement) bank accounts of the client to which the bank payment card is issued;
  • from accounts of the organization which is in a stage of liquidation (termination of activity), bankruptcy;
  • on transfer with sale of foreign currency (transfer of equivalent of Belarusian rubles);
  • as part of a standing payment order.

4. Upon the client’s request, all client’s accounts in Belarusian rubles opened at JSC Belagroprombank, except for budget funds accumulation accounts, will be connected to one service package.

The user fee shall be paid by the client for the service package irrespective of the number of the client’s accounts in Belarusian rubles included in the specific service package. The composition of the service package remains unchanged (if more accounts are added to the service package, the number of operations in the service package shall not increase).

JSC Belagroprombank will not connect the client to the service package if the client, at the time of connection to the package has due payments (overdue payments) to JSC Belagroprombank.

6. The package of services includes the use by the client of the Internet – Client subsystem of the system of remote banking service.

The provision of transactions to the client using the Internet – Client subsystem of the remote banking system is subject to the conclusion of a relevant agreement with the client during the validity period of the service package. From the moment of connection to the service package, clients have access to the FM «Marketplace» in the «Internet - Client» subsystem of the RBSS.

6.1. The service packages include the following services, connection to which is carried out on the basis of a separate contract / request / application in accordance with the LLA:

• registration, connection (with the issuance of the EDS key) and the use of the  Internet Client subsystem of the RBSS;
• acceptance of Belarusian rubles in cash using self-service devices equipped with cash acceptance module (ATM, infokiosk) with crediting to the current (settlement) accounts of the client opened with JSC Belagroprombank;
• acceptance of cash Belarusian rubles credited to the current (settlement) accounts of the client opened with JSC Belagroprombank through an automatic deposit machine;
• remote informing on transactions, decisions, events occurred within the framework of the bank account agreement (Viber/SMS/e-mail).

7. The client is served by JSC Belagroprombank  under one package of services.

When servicing the client's structural divisions (having their own Taxpayer’s identification number) in the divisions of JSC Belagroprombank, the client connects the accounts in Belarusian rubles of the structural division to a separate package of services.

8. The date of connection to the service package is:

• for clients opening their first bank account in Belarusian rubles - the date of opening the first bank account in Belarusian rubles in JSC Belagroprombank;
• for other clients served by JSC Belagroprombank in accordance with the agreement on the current (settlement) bank account in Belarusian rubles (and (or) other accounts specified in paragraph 4 of these Rules) - the first day of the month following the date of submission of the application by the client.

10. The service package, in addition to the specified quantity of bank transfers in Belarusian rubles, includes:

• taxes, fees (charges), and other mandatory payments into the budget, state budgetary and extra budgetary funding for targeted purposes, rent pay for publicly owned land parcels (on personal accounts open on accounts of group 36, except payments to personal accounts open on balance account 3632, 3633, 3636);
• payments within one legal entity (and within its structural subdivisions sharing a common Taxpayer’s identification number) or one individual entrepreneur to accounts held at JSC Belagroprombank;
• payments to accounts (except client accounts) held with JSC Belagroprombank;
• transfer of salary payments and similar payments and other money transfers to individual's accounts held with JSC Belagroprombank;
• return of deposits (and related interest payments) placed with JSC Belagroprombank.

14.  JSC Belagroprombank  has the right to:

14.1. disconnect the client from service under the service package when the client at the place of service submits an application to refuse service under the service package during the service package validity period;

14.2. suspend servicing the client under the service package and transfer him to servicing according to the Fee Collection, with simultaneous suspension of servicing using RBSS.

Suspension can be carried out after a month from the moment of formation of overdue debt on the subscription fee.

Service under the service package (with the collection of a subscription fee for the corresponding service package) is resumed subject to the full payment by the client of the overdue debt on the fee (remuneration) for settlement and cash services in Belarusian rubles and (or) in foreign currency at the Bank (including the subscription fee service package):

• in case of debt repayment on the first business day of the current month - from the 1st day of the current month;
• in case of debt repayment in the period from the second to the last business day of the current month - from the 1st day of the next month.

The Bank disconnects the client unilaterally when closing all the client's bank accounts (at the initiative of the client or the Bank).

15. When the client is disconnected from the service package, the fee (remuneration) for performing banking operations shall be paid according to the Fee Guide, unless otherwise is provided by the legal local acts of the Bank. The fee is charged in comliance with the current (settlement) bank account agreement.

After disconnection of a client from the service package in compliance with the conditions indicated in the Regulations, starting from the first day of the following month the client has the right to connect to the service package.

JSC Belagroprombank has the right to unilaterally disconnect the client from the service package after receiving information from the state bodies authorized to maintain the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs on the exclusion of the account holder from the said register. Information on the exclusion of the client from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs can be obtained from the information of the registering bodies, published monthly in the newspaper «»Respublika«» in accordance with the law, as well as from the information posted on the official website of the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Taxes and Duties, as well as from other sources provided for by local legal acts of JSC Belagroprombank.
